  • 09:30 – 10:00 Mindful Talks 1: Return To Yourself

  • 10:30 – 12:00 Brunch

  • 12.00-14.00 Art Threapy

  • 14.00- 18.00 Rest Time- Enjoy a massage, private yoga or Pilates classes, poolside relaxation, or a beach visit.

  • 18.00- 18.50 Pilates Session

  • 19:30 – 21:30 Dinner

12nd June- Friday

  • 08:30 – 09:20 Pilates session

  • 09:30 – 10:00 Mindful Talks 2: Deep  Into Yourself

  • 10:30 – 12:00 Brunch

  • 12.00-13.00 Sound Healing

  • 13.00- 18.00 Rest Time- Enjoy a massage, private yoga or Pilates classes, poolside relaxation, or a beach visit.

  • 18.00- 18.50 Pilates Session
