Introductory Class

50-minute class

All new clients must take three introductory classes. The classes focus on using the Tower Reformer equipment while establishing the studio technique. Each class grounds you into the practice of Pilates through breath, control, flow, alignment, and integration.

Tower Reformer Class

The Tower Reformer class is an all-level class which will improve and maintain overall physical fitness. Working the key muscle groups of the body you will experience a whole-body workout using the core, glutes, legs and arms. We focus core alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, and tone in each class.

Private Classes

With all private classes and small group classes they are designed for your body, personal needs and goals. The instructor will guide you with hands-on adjustments and ensure right alignment, whole body core stability and breath. The results will improve body awareness and strength building stronger muscles. The private classes are fully customisable and scheduled for your convenience. With the option to invest in packs of 5-classes or 10-classes with 2 or 3 friends the classes are dynamic, fun and will support your fitness and wellness journey.

Announcing our brand-new Prenatal Pilates classes. This special class promotes a healthy and active lifestyle throughout pregnancy and is specifically designed to meet the needs of pregnant woman. 

Pilates is a great way to keep your body moving in a safe and controlled manner while also ensuring that you maintain the ideal posture to support your growing baby, and stresses on your joints are minimized. In addition to making you feel good and aiding in your postpartum recovery, growing body of evidence indicates that it has a significant favorable impact on both your long-term health and that of your baby. Depending on the pregnant woman's tolerance for different positions and resistance, exercise during pregnancy needs to be modified.

As STEP IN PILATES we are going to focus on your personal need as pregnant woman in our Prenatal classes.
