Introductory Class

All new clients must take three introductory classes. The classes focus on using the Tower Reformer equipment while establishing the studio technique. Each class grounds you into the practice of Pilates through breath, control, flow, alignment, and integration.
Reminder: You can only purchase Step 1 and Gentle Flow Class with the Introduction package.

These classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness through targeted, full-body movements. Whether you're looking to build core strength, enhance flexibility, or deepen your Pilates practice, we have the perfect option for you.

Step 1 Tower Reformer Class

Ideal for beginners, this class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates. Build a strong foundation with low-impact movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.

Step 2 Tower Reformer Class
​
Designed for those with Pilates experience, this class takes you to the next level. Expect a dynamic, challenging workout that pushes your boundaries and refines your technique.

All Level Tower Reformer Class
​
A blend of beginner and intermediate moves, perfect for those who want a varied workout. Not recommended for complete beginners, as it moves beyond the basics.

Gentle Flow Tower Reformer Class​
Suitable for every level, including pre/post-natal and those recovering from injuries. Focuses on gentle, mindful movements to work the entire body safely.

Core Flow Tower Reformer Class​
This dynamic class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your core, enhancing overall stability and body awareness. Suitable for all levels. It combines focused Pilates movements with mindful breathwork to build a stronger, more balanced body.

Fascia Flow Tower Reformer Class
A unique class that targets the fascia to boost flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Open to all levels, it’s a refreshing approach to Pilates that leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

Private Classes
With all private classes and small group classes they are designed for your body, personal needs and goals. The instructor will guide you with hands-on adjustments and ensure right alignment, whole body core stability and breath. The results will improve body awareness and strength building stronger muscles. The private classes are fully customisable and scheduled for your convenience. With the option to invest in packs of 5-classes or 10-classes with 2 or 3 friends the classes are dynamic, fun and will support your fitness and wellness journey.
