Our private sessions and small group classes are tailored to your body, goals, and personal needs. Your instructor provides hands-on guidance to ensure proper alignment, core stability, and mindful breath. These sessions improve body awareness, build balanced strength, and deepen your Pilates practice.
Private classes are fully customisable and can be scheduled at your convenience. You can choose packs of 5 or 10 sessions, or train with 2–3 friends for a dynamic, focused workout that supports your overall fitness and wellness journey.
